"What are we doing next? Now that we've made the sauce, we are going to put it all together. Okay, great. Into the dish that we served at Cru and as you know Thai Curry is usually served in Thai restaurants would be their noodles or rice but we don't eat cooked rice. Some raw foodist will sprout rice and eat it but for me, it doesn't agree with me. It doesn't agree with my digestive system so I don't serve it in the restaurant and I don't eat rice myself. So what you do substitute? We substitute rutabaga. We use rutabaga a lot. It's kind of like a turnip. That's a great idea. It has a little bit milder flavor. We make noodles out of rutabaga and we make this rice out of it. Basically we just shred it. You can shred it with a hand shredder if you want. What else is in there? There is a little bit of cilantro, a little bit of purple cabbage, some coconut oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper and that's it. How do you shred it. We do it in the food processor. We have a blade that will like shred anything that you put in there but you can do it on a hand shredder at home. Kind of like the same shredder you would shred zucchini or Parmesan cheese or anything like that. So great. So basically we take some of the rice and put it in a dish. That's kind of on one side. Put it down right there. That's our rice. Then we have our vegetables and the vegetables that we use, we like to cut them long and thin. We use a little purple cabbage, a little white cabbage or green cabbage and zucchini and celery. We also add in some chopped tomatoes or tomato wedges. I like to also put in some coconut meat. "
