"Hello I'm Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. I want to make my water content as good so I don't want to use too many seeds and nuts I want to stay with some vegetables, of course organic. Every now and then there will be an item I absolutely have to have but when I can I shift out of it and find something else because I like organic. Don't want to let pesticides in your body or on the planet. This could actually be called a relish and the reason of course is because it's not actually going to be quite as blended being hand cut as it is and that is actually a different flavor. I try to lean towards being able to identify the flavors a little bit better. You can even as a raw foodest east processed foods and that means that you have done too much cutting and too much blending. That's what I mean by processed. I have had some raw pies and I can't tell what is in them and I don't think that is a great thing so when you can simplify. That is a good start. Let your creativity guide, you have some fun with it. I have so many recipes that I have written down that I have never made except for the first time because the next time I want to make it I wanna explore and create something new. "
