"Hello, I'm Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Well, we're going to continue here on making our beautiful raw food lunch today. We are going to make spring rolls. Let's see, I might as well go through the ingredients with you. We have a zucchini, which is going to actually make the spring roll, the outside portion. We have romaine. I like to use red leaf or romaine. We've got a jicama, and we've got some bell pepper, and then we're going to make our sauce, which we'll be using sesame seed butter which is called tahini, tamari which is soy, but it's not a cooked soy product from the soy bean and a lot of raw food chefs will use tamari or namashuyu, one of the two and then of course a lemon. So we're going to get started. I'll show you this beautiful spring roll."
