"Hello, I'm Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. And our beautiful bell pepper. God, this things pretty. Try not to use green, green's not quite ripe. Yellow has a little lighter flavor than the red, it happens to be my preference, I love red too. Now this one almost looks like its leaning towards orange. Orange is also a beautiful bell pepper. Again, the size is kind of important here, I don't want huge pieces and I don't want tiny little pieces, so we can't taste the bell pepper. This is all preference, but for me personally, kind of going to go with pieces that size. Ah, that's pretty."
