"Hi this is chef Tom from expertvillage.com I'm all about health I mean this chicken has probably a gram of fat per piece and nothing else has fat. This is asparagus this is probably asparagus is probably one of the best vegetables you can ever have except for probably broccoli broccoli is good. Stir the asparagus around and the way I really like chicken tenders because it's a good serving and if you want just a little bit you can just take half of it or do whatever. But if you have a chicken breast you got to cut it you got to slice it you got to do all this other stuff and you can just cut this in half and eat it. So I just really like it better."
