"Hi this is chef Tom from expertvillage.com so I'm going to put this on here then I'm going to put about a 1/4 of a cup of little of cherry sauce and stir it around just a little bit. The way the wine is it isn't really wine it has less alcohol than wine but the heat from my pan sears the alcohol and there's no alcohol left once it's done. Whenever you cook chicken the bottom of it gets white that's how you know whenever it's nice and cooked well. See look at that nice white piece of chicken. Smell it yet it smells good right."
