"DENISE BENNET: Hello, my name is Denise Bennet, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Now, we're going to go ahead and make our yogurt. I'm not sure exactly if that's the word I want to use, maybe it's a sweet berry cream, maybe that's what it is, but we're continuing doing our breakfast plate this morning. So, what we're going do, is we're going to be using almonds. It was hard to find unpasteurized, but we were able to do that. Some more organic agave, this is a sweetener from a cactus plant, if you're going to be, wanting to do some thing beyond fruit for sugar, try agave. No processed sugar here. We also have coconut butter, this is the coconut meat and the coconut oil together. Really nice flavor, kind of recently discovered that. We have a Fuji apple, lemon, we're going to be using an Asian pear, one of my favorite fruits, absolutely love this. It's got a lot of crunch, lot of water to it, and some vanilla."
