"DENISE BENNET: Hello, my name is Denise Bennet, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Let's see, where are we? Cinnamon and a date, and we will be done. Oh this is a sweet date, beautiful little date. Once it's this sweet, and this perfect, it's actually hard to work with. That's okay, that's going to add a really nice flavor, okay. Put the cinnamon, okay. Okay. All right, I'm going to mix these all up, and head for the dehydrator, it's really simple to throw together. And my secret to everything, is just use great ingredients, make sure everything, if you can, is organic. Just the quality of the supply that you get if you're not, you know, it's pretty hard for us to grow everything ourselves, and they would create, kind of a limited diet, which is fine too. There are some people that believe in only that, anything that grows locally, and in season, which I actually believe in that, is just that I have fun with some other foods too, and--where I live, we would not be able to grow dates. I don't believe, Goji berries and several things that are kind of, tropical, we wouldn't be able to grow them. And I still love them, 'till I get my, my little island home, that's not happening yet, it will. It will. Okay, so I want to show you this finished product, actually, this isn't quite finished, cause it's going to get dehydrated, and you can eat it like this, as well, but it's kind of--gonna create a nice crunch once we get it in our dehydrator. Okay, and this is going to be our cereal. We can take a look at that, so it's apples and cinnamon, and you could actually, throw some sunflower seeds in there. Usually I put pumpkin seeds as well, Goji berries, you know, you could put pretty much anything in here. If you do want to put a berry, try for--not to be too high of a water content. So, if you're going to use a grape--forget it. It's just won't work, it will turn out into little skins. So, you could--lets see what could you put in here? Make it little, tiny pieces of mango, or something. You could, of course, put very thin slices of banana and that would turn into banana chips, and that would be good too. So, we're going to go ahead and put these in the dehydrator, and we're going to work on our next part of our breakfast plate, which will be our yogurt. "
