"DENISE BENNETT: Hello! My name is Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Okay. Today we're going to be using a Fuji apple; some coconut, these are coconut flakes dried; cinnamon; these are Majule dates, it's my favorite; walnuts; Brazil nuts; and these are flax seeds, golden flax seeds-golden or brown, it doesn't matter, I don't think there's a difference; and these are Goji berries; and ginger. Okay. So we're going to get started. I've actually got a little piece of apple. We'll go ahead and use. Now we're going to be dehydrating today. And so, I want this to be fairly small pieces. Okay. Keep in mind that the more moisture that's in the food means more drying time. And so if you cut pieces fairly small... I'm going to use this bowl over here. If you cut the pieces fairly small, of course that's less drying time, and it'll be a little crunchier! And I want a fairly crunchy, I don't know if I want to call this a granola. It's cereal. Okay. That looks good. Okay. I make a small amount here. Okay."
