"Hi I'm Christy on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to make a lemon miso dressing to go with our kelp salad. I have about a eighth of cup of olive oil here. You want to try to use the highest quality organic oils that you could find. This is a cold press extra virgin olive oil. We are also going to add next the juice of one lemon. We are going to put the skimmer which I showed you earlier in here to catch the seeds and I have my rimmer that I have showed you earlier and this is use to juice the lemon. The skimmer here is going to catch all the seeds so we don't have any seed in our dressing. Next I'm going to add a table spoon of miso and a table spoon of tahini this made of sesame seeds. This is sesame butter is another name for it. Nut butter is high in protein. So it is really great to use a base for sauces and you could add more oil or add a little bit of water as necessary to make the thickness that you prefer. We are going to get out our kelp salad and I'm going to add a little bit of curry to this. Beautiful salad. You would toss it with some of this dressing. Nili would like to come try the kelp salad. Yes I'm been waiting for my invitation. Great. There you go. You know what that was so easy watching you and you don't have to mess up in a blinder you just made it in this glass that was great. Yeah. So its simple. It smells wonderful. I love kelp."
