"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gale Stolove with Wholly Macro in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today we are going to talk about cooking the macrobiotic way. So this is our miso soup and what we are going to do is pour it into this bowl that we are going to serve it in. And I want to get a shot of this because you could actually see the miso moving in here. The miso is alive it is full of live enzymes that put all kinds good healthy bacteria into your digestive system. Could you see it moving in there? And we have our loadest root and our carrots in there, there is the lewdest root, the shiitake mushrooms, the sea vegetables and then we are going to drop just a few of these fresh scallions in for garnish. It is the most delicious healthy soup that you could eat. I just want to add any soup receipt that you have and add the miso, the shiitake mushrooms and the wakeme and turn it to a miso soup. For instance split peas, mushrooms barely and soup receipt and use these key ingredients and make it a healthy miso soup. "
