"Hi I'm back with Christian Morgan on our macrobiotics theories and getting started with macrobiotics there are some pots and pans that Christy is going to show us what we need. Hi. Hi. My favorite pans are the Le Creuset pans are enamel coated cast iron and they are really versicle. This is heavy. Yes very heavy but, you could saute in this, you could also cook rice in it, it could go in the oven, to bake casseroles. That is great. Yeah they are a little pricey, and there are other brands that are coming around that are not as pricey as Le Creuset but, enamel coated cast iron. You could get different brands. And what is this next one? This is a cast iron skillet you used it at camping. Right. But, I use it all the time in my kitchen. And do you have a little oil in it? Yeah you always want to keep it oiled and never use dish washing soap, you never want to put it in a dish washer because it would rust. So I use this for frying and sauteing. Alright and what is this here it is like a pressure cooker. This is a pressure cooker and there is all different kinds of brands this is a asilet which is kind of the best one and I use this for cooking rice and cooking beans or you could do one pot meals in it. Wow. That kind of thing. But, it if somebody doesn't have a pressure cooker they could just use like here is your other example right. Yeah this is just a stainless steel pot which you could cook your rice or your beans. The stainless is better for your house. Stainless steel is definitely better you don't want to use aluminum or non stick pans. What about Teflon is definitely conversational. I don't I don't think it is good my self because this stuff could scrap off and it is toxic. Okay so no Teflon. "
