"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gale Stolove with Wholly Macro in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today we are going to talk about cooking the macrobiotic way. So we are going to start the cooking process now and it is very important to have a very clean cooking area. A lot of people use there kitchen as there office I find they have all of there papers, there bills piled up and they also have a whole counter top filled with all of there medications and it is all in the kitchen and I always wonder how could they cook. But, of course they don't cook they use a microwave and they just take something out of the refrigerator or freezer and stick it in the microwave. We are going to actually cook with real food all of our food is live food, its food that will sprout and produce plants. None of our foods is process or package or alter in any way. The kitchen is completely clean and clear we are not distracted with bills and we don't even have any medication because we eat all this beautiful healthy foods."
