"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gale Stolove with Wholly Macro in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today we are going to talk about cooking the macrobiotic way. So now we have our clean grains are we are going to let them soak for about 6, 8, 10 hours over night. Alright so since we are doing a Carrabine Latin theme we have our brown rice and our red Kiowa that we just rinsed and soaked and now these black beans that we are going to rinse and soak. I want to point out that these are completely natural organic of course and they are completely natural they have not been rinsed or polish or processed in any way. So it is very important that is why we rinse these so well. It is very important that there is not extraneous debris in there, sometimes there is little twigs or branches or even sometimes rocks or stones or clumps of dirt. So that is why you are going to you know loop them around and then you are going to look very closely and make sure that it is just beans that you have and then rinse them. That is also why we rinse them 3 times because if we missed anything the first time we get it the second time. We want to basically want to rinse them to the water is basically clear and then we soak them just like the grains. "
