"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gale Stolove with Wholly Macro in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today we are going to talk about cooking the macrobiotic way. So in macrobiotics we use as we have already said we use a lot of dry grains and dry beans. These require soaking before they could cook it is just like in regular cooking you must soak the beans before you cook them. Just swirl them around in the water and clean it and then you pour that excess water out and you are going to repeat this process about three times rinsing to clean the grains and the beans. Then you pour the water out and you are going to repeat this about three times until you have clean grains you are going to cover them with water. "
