"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Gail Stolove with Wholly Macro in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Today we're going to talk about cooking the Macrobiotic way. So in order to cook any type of meal and especially a healthy meal, you definitely need to have a shopping list and you need to have all of your ingredients. In Macrobiotics we're really fortunate because you can keep a lot of the ingredients in your pantry in a dried form. We have dry grain, dry beans, we have sea vegetables, we have all kinds of soy sauce, the different oils that we use and they're all specific to Macrobiotics and they store extremely well so you can have a whole inventory like I do. These are organic whole grain pastas, you can have an entire inventory in storage so that you don't have to get all of that. Which means all you have to get is your fresh produce and that's the only thing you need to get fresh in order to cook."
