"For the dressing of the salad we're going to use 3 tablespoons of dark low sodium soy sauce whisk all this together in a bowl, and as any dressing you want to dress it to your taste 2 teaspoons of 100% canola oil, and I do most of my oils at Traders Jill, 2 teaspoons of dark sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of honey and you can use any kind of honey, clover, orange blossom, avocado, you have slow sluggish honey like mine. You can always use more or less depending on how much sweetness you want and then 2 tablespoons of white rice vinegar and we'll whisk together so it gets nice even consistency."
