"Now we're making our cucumber carrot sesame salad we're going to start with 1 cucumber that'll make about 2 cups of cut cucumbers peeled and seeded and have a little bit of graded carrot. About 1/4 of a cup of sliced really thinly sliced onion, small clove of minced garlic about a teaspoons worth, some red pepper, some honey, salt, some light rice vinegar give a little bit of tartness, toasted dark sesame seed oil, low sodium dark soy sauce, a little bit of 100% canola oil and as a garnish some white sesame seed that were going to toast. And that's going to create really nice cool refreshing salad with a little bit of a spicy kick."
