"Now we'll be putting it all together and start up to heat up our stir fry got a nice big wok to put all our tofu and vegetables and sauce, a little bit of non stick canola oil spray in there already I put it on low heat so the oils are starting to heat up. We're going to throw in our 3 cloves of minced garlic let that start to brown keeping it on a pretty low heat and then we'll go add our 9 oz of tofu we're going to let this saute a little bit so it will start to brown and cook the tofu and you want to make sure you start to separate all the cubes cause they can stick together. Once you let this cook for about 2 minutes we're going to start adding those 2 extra tablespoons of organic vegetable broth before we add in our full stir fry sauce. That will help keep everything nice and moisten but we don't want to loose the intensity of those red pepper flakes quit yet."
