"We'll be making our sauce for the stir fry. So we start with 1/2 cup of organic vegetable broth which is actually really easy to find in any grocery store. Wolfgang Pucks makes a great one as Stony Field Farms in Traders Jill's, they both have a great vegetable broth that you know, really makes a nice base. So 1/2 cup of that, 2 teaspoons of corn starch, throw that in. It helps thickened the sauce just a little bit, 2 teaspoons of low sodium dark soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of canola oil and 2 teaspoons of dark toasted sesame oil, and a 1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper flakes, you can add more or less depending how spicy you want it. And finally 1/4 teaspoon of salt and you just want to whisk this together and set it to the side. You'll also want to keep on hand 2 extra tablespoons of the vegetable broth for while you're actually cooking your stir fry, there you go."
