"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Today we are talking about making Neopolitan Vegetarian Lasagna. Now after we've cooked our pasta, we are going to strain it. Immediately after, we want to go ahead and pour cold water in here. What that is going to do is stop it from cooking, start blanching because we don't want it to keep on cooking. What you do is drain that and after it is cooled down, dry off all of your Lasagna. Get all the noddles dry and put them to the side. All of your noodles, get all the excess water off. It should be easy to handle since we've already cooled them down. Make sure not to break any of the pieces. Just put these to the side until you need them. "
