"As we continue to squeeze all of the citrus for my secret dish, Three Citrus Aioli, I'm going to also zest the skin of a beautiful orange. Oranges are such a gift from nature. They're so flavorful and they're so good for you. I always love having them around the house whether they're in season or not. Alright. Some beautiful zest from the orange. They offer a lot of longer prettier zesting fodder, so I'm going to get as much of them as I can. Look at that. Beautiful. Alright. Give it a good roll. Juicing oranges are usually Valencia oranges, a little bit smaller than say your navel orange, so you want to look for a nice juicy, usually smaller orange. I needed more zest, so I chose a larger navel orange. But as you can see, I'm still getting a lot of juice from this. Wow. There's my full cup of citrus to make one of my secret recipes, Three Citrus Aioli, which I'll share with you soon."
