Okay, now we've drained the coconut and here's the coconut water. And so now we want to get inside this little guy and get the meat out. And the hole was pretty easy to find, and as you see, it didn't take a lot of effort. And this right now is, is probably about the, the most effort. Now I use a hatchet. Other people use meat cleavers. The most important thing is the safety. Being that you have to hold this coconut while you do it, you want to make sure you don't chop off any fingers. But what we're going to do is we're, we see where the hole is and we're going to, we're going to take this and we're going to give this coconut a good size crack to it and see what happens. Okay, and then we're going to hit it again, and hit it again. We're starting to open it up. Then we're going to flip it over, right opposite where we hit it before, and we're going to try to give it a crack on this side. And again, make sure your fingers are out of the way. We don't want any accidents happening here. And so this is a very safety factor. Always safety. So we're going to hit it again. Okay, now we split her open and we pull it apart. Okay and there's the meat inside the coconut.
