"Alright now we are going to talk a little bit further of what you do with this coconut after you get it home. These coconuts need to be kept cold. They need to be kept in the refrigerator. And again, if you get these coconuts and they are already wrapped with plastic wrap all around them sometimes they have some mold growing on them and you don't want to put that in your refrigerator because it could possibly contaminant through the other ones even though they are all covered. So what you would want to do is unwrap this and cut that part off. This coconut started out as a big green shell around it and then when they harvested it they took their machetes and they cut it down off the green and they ended up with this nice white looking, what we call a young coconut. That is what we want to eat; we want to eat the young coconuts where the water that is inside and fruit inside is all young. So make sure when you get your coconuts that you store them in your refrigerator until you are ready to eat them so that you keep them fresh and good and they will last you a long, long time."
