"Okay, today we're going to talk about coconuts. And basically I want to introduce you to what the benefits of coconut are before we actually get into it. Coconut water is the breast milk of Mother Earth. Coconut water is the highest natural source of electrolytes. Coconut flesh is the meat on the inside of the coconut. In the young coconut the flesh is soft. Older coconuts, the flesh is hard. In general, coconuts, you take, you spoon out what we call the meat in the coconut. It has the highest level of energy of any oil and the least calories. And also the coconut increases prodosterone, testosterone, and increases the biological levels of the "feel good" neurotransmission, which is the dopamine and the serotonin. So that just kind of gives you, I couldn't remember all that, so I had to read it out of the book, but it gives you a kind of an idea and a little background on the benefits of coconut."
