" Hi! Nili Nathan and Chef Aj on behalf of Expert Village what is this contraction? This is a champion juicer I have owned one for over 20 years and its a great juicer but more importantly it's a ice cream maker you could make ice cream with this using nothing but fresh or frozen fruits. You know what the first time I ever had I have seen this before when I went up to the Antapose for self healing in Port Town, Washington a women there Robin made me ice cream it was wonder. Wasn't it divine? So its great. So what are doing here greasing this. I'm greasing the shaft normally as a culinary instructor and chef I always recommend the best quality olive oil but for greasing your shaft any olive oil would do. It is just taking a paper towel and I'm just really well greasing the shaft because I have frozen the parts of my juicer for this ice cream and you don't want it to stick because if it does stick I don't know if you could ever get it unstuck. You take the blade and I frozen I prefrozen the blade to get it nice and cold. That is the secret. And then when you use it as a ice cream maker you use the blank. Normally its a screen for juice but when you use it as a ice cream maker you use what is called the blank. And you know what you could get these very inexpensively on line. "
