"So now that we've got our lovely toasted sesame seeds, which have cooled, look at that color - gorgeous. We can start assembling our vegan, no bake, no sugar cookies. So I'm going to start with three-quarters of a cup of natural peanut butter. That's the peanut butter that--you see how it's all oily on the top? You really have to mix it when you buy it. Just spoon that in, so there is one-half cup. And I need another half one of those, roughly. Another half. And this is an unsalted, so if you have somebody who is on a salt restriction and a sugar restriction, this is perfect. Then you're going to add half a cup of honey. This might take a while. Okay, so we've got half a cup of honey that we're going to put right in there. Already smells and looks good. Reminds me of peanut butter and honey sandwiches, when I was little. And to that, I'm going to add a little bit of vanilla. Okay, maybe a little more. And just combine those together."
