That's right my email is chefabbiejaye@aol.com. That is great and the next thing that she is going to make for us a key lime mousse. This could also be a key lime pie but just this is very very quick this is a zestier and I'm just going to take the zest off the lime which you could do this with a grader if you don't have one but it is just so much easier to do this. This takes the green part off without taking the bitter white part off called the piff and really I'm just going to be using this as a decorative garnish but you could also use it in the receipt because it I mean you could eat this it is just. That is pretty. Good. It is green it most be good for you. It taste like lime that is right. So I'm using this as a garnish I hate to waste anything I love the orange zest and the lemon zest I use that in a lot of my receipts so that took about a second. Now again we have tofu 12.3 ounce box of organic firm tofu in the food processor. If you don't have a food processor you could get them really inexpensive even in hardware stores I seen them for $30 but they really help make healthy receipts and make them easy. A 8 ounce tub of non diary cream cheese. Are using tofu. Right so there is no diary or butter or eggs in any of my food it is all cholesterol free and this actually a guava low glycemic a delicious sweetener and it has such a very small amount in this receipt only a half of cup. So this is one of the even lighter receipts of the ones that I make. I love vanilla in every thing just going to put a tablespoon, alcohol free is my choice pure extract and we are going to use a half a cup of lime juice. Now I just know that each limes seems to be about 2 tablespoons so you don't really even need to measure because if you like it very tart and very limy use more limes if you don't like it that tart use less limes. That is cool idea. Isn't that great it is just so easy, it is you could have a juicer but it is so easy to do this by hand but I just use this for my lemons, limes and small oranges. So she wants to cut cause I'm going to do 8 off these so. Alright so you are doing about 8 of them. Well 8 halves so I have four limes I just make this so much that I could measure it but I bet you anything that this. I actually do a little bit. Okay I have the juice of 4 limes approximately half of cup of fresh lime juice, you could use key limes if they are available where you live. Put the top of the food processor on, turn it on. That's it. That's it you could eat this like we are going to right now in a parfait glass or pour it make your own pie crust if you like or buy a ready made one. Now realize this is going to thicken up a little bit as well it is going to thicken up a lot. It is pretty when you put in the refrigerator for about 4 hours or in the freezer if you are in a hurry it is really is going to thicken up and it is going to be really really thick. I'm going to put the lime zest on top but your know what it is thin right now but I promise you after it chills for about 4 hours it is going to be the constituency of cheese cake and it taste just like key lime pie. Maybe we should refrigerate it for 4 hours and come back. And have you taste it, it is a little runny know. The lime zest goes on top just to look pretty. Beautiful. But you would see actually you might have to drink this one but I'm always taking your spoon. Hopefully the flavor it there. Its good. Oh it delicious. It is refreshing. It is. And this would firm up I promise it just need to chill. It almost taste like cheese cake amazing. Doesn't it, it taste like a key lime cheese cake. Thank you. You are welcome."
