" Hi! Nili Nathan and Chef Aj on behalf of Expert Village your watching the healthy cooking series the special healthy cooking with desserts where in Los Angeles and Chef Inc. Cooking School and the next thing where going to do with this chocolate cake is. Right we made this cake with no eggs, with no butter, we've cooled it completely we are going to put one layer on a plate. Nice. Make it a pretty plate. Now this is the non diary chocolate mousse that we made earlier out of tofu, we gave it a time to chill and what we are going to do we are going to fill this cake. Now this chocolate mousse is a dessert onto itself as you have tasted before just delicious on its own dipped with fruit but we're going to fill the cake with it. I mean we're going to make a triple chocolate cake as delicate as we can. So this is just going to be the middle layer try to get in even. It is okay if its spilled over it does not have to be perfect if it spills over to the edges a little. We will fix it with the glaze, so pile that on as evenly as you can that is why its important to chill it because if it wasn't firm it is going to kind of fall all over. It looks really good. So we do that and then we take the second layer on top and we have filled that cake."
