"Okay let's talk about what you're going to need for this coconut almond fudge.  And first of all I will tell you that I got this recipe from Doctor Jordan Ruben.  He is an amazing amazing wealth of knowledge when it comes to the field of health, and food and eating things that are good for you.  So give him credit first, Doctor Jordan Ruben for this recipe.  Let's talk about things that you're going to need for it.  You're going to need some coconut oil for this.  Extra virgin is best, this is the coconut part.  We're actually not using the flaky coconut that you see on your baker's isle at the grocery store.  Coconut oil is a great great oil to cook with instead of vegetable oil, or even olive oil sometimes.  It's a really really great ingredient.  You can even use it on your hair.  You can eat it straight.  This is a great great thing to keep in your pantry.  And it is way way better for you than the coconut flakes or shreded coconut that you see in your grocery store.  So that is our coconut ingredient.  To sweeten it a little bit more we're going to use some honey.  I just have some regular honey.  You can use raw honey which is even more hard core healthy if you will.  This is regulary honey, a little bit of vanilla.  And for the almond part we're not using just straight almonds  we're actually using almond butter.  It's like peanut butter but made with almonds.  So it's actually far heathier for you than peanut butter because peanuts just tend to be a more fatty nut.  Well they are, they are a more fatty nut and they just don't have as many good health properties as almonds.  So an almond butter is far better for you, and then also some cocoa powder.  The original recipe from Doctor Jordan Ruben suggest Karo powder.  If you've heard of that it's like a chocolate substitute.  I personally prefer cocoa powder.  So thank you Doctor Ruben, we're going to use cocoa powder today.  Those are all the ingredients.  That's it just five measly little ingredients.  Let's start putting them in a bowl.                            "
