So now I'm going to add my Italian parsley to my roasted root vegetables. I'm just going to sprinkle it all over here. Let me save a little bit for my garnish on my plate and with my spoon I'm going to go ahead and mix it in. I like to add in the parsley fresh cause it just gives our root vegetables a fresh flavor and it also looks really nice. Great, so it is all nice and mixed in. So we are going to go ahead and plate a little bit so you can see how it looks like. I'm going to finish off my plate with just a little bit more fresh Italian parsley.
