"Aloha, this is Sonia Martinez from the big island of Hawaii on behalf of Expert Village. When mixing the drink you first want to puree your fruit. It's about 3/4 cup of mango or a cup, it doesn't matter, a cup of milk, add 2 cups of yogurt, and if you want to use a little bit of honey to sweeten it, not to much, good honey from right here on the island, too. We're going to be using a little bit of cardamom. Cardamom is a seed like so and we can't use it that way, and we want just a little bit but we're going to grind it. Get it out of the little seed pod, it will give the drink a really nice, nice pungent taste. It has this little hull that we'll get rid of. What we're going to have left is the little seeds inside, which we'll be grinding in a little bit, a little bit more. And, just give me a second here to get rid of all this shell, of the seed hull. Just grind it up a little bit more. This is what you end up with. Now we're going to grind that a little bit more so you don't have those hard little pieces when you're drinking your drink. But it will add a nice, nice taste to it. Now you can buy this powder, already ground cardamom, but to me it's not as pungent. Actually it's very, very expensive when you buy it already ground. And it's so much simpler, some of the stores here in town, you can buy your herb or your spices whole and you can do whatever you need to do with them. There we go, we'll just add that, turn it on. Now you have to hold it because otherwise everything will go up."
