"Now I'm going to demonstrate how we cut and peel the mango to use for our lassi. The mango, normally, if you were going to eat it out of hand the best way, I don't care what anybody says, is lean over the sink and just chow down on it. But, for this purpose we're just going to have to peel it and cut it to use it in another way. The easiest way to cut a mango is to first find where the seed might be located and the seed is usually on the thinner side of the mango so you cut the two cheeks on the sides first. Make sure your knives are quite sharp. You cut all the way through and I think I'm hitting seed, little bit of it, then if you were going to serve it in polite company, you will criss cross and this way your guests can just dig in out of the mango shell itself. You peel the mango to get the rest the seed will be inside this section and you start putting it in your blender because you want to puree it before you start the lassi. Be sure to have something underneath so you can be saving all the juices after you start cutting it. Let's get out the blender."
