White Mocha Latte Recipe

"SIMEON LOWE: Hi, my name is Simeon Lowe on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we are going to learn how to make gourmet coffee in your home. All right. In this clip, we are going to be making a white chocolate latte. This drink is going to be real sweet, again, kind of like the iced white chocolate latte. So this is probably good for anybody who isn't really used to coffee and is looking for something a little more sweet so that you're not drowned out by the flavor of coffee. Also this drink is not good for people with diabetes because its got a very high sugar content unless you're going to use sugar-free white chocolate then you should be A-okay. All right, so we got our milk seamed, clean up the wand. We're going to start with our white chocolate. Two pumps. Next, we're going to give it a shot of espresso, one ounce. Stir that together. Make sure it's good and stirred. The white chocolate especially sticks to the bottom so you want to make sure you get all that off so that you're able to taste it. And so let's mix this correctly. Next, we're going put our milk. And we're going to top this all the way up. This drink does not get whip cream because it's already sweet enough so unless you want to be on a sugar-buzz high thing, I would not suggest it. And that is how you make a white chocolate latte."
