Ice White Mocha Latte Recipe

"SIMEON LOWE: Hi, my name is Simeon Lowe on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we are going to learn how to make gourmet coffee in your home. All right. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to make a white chocolate iced latte. It sounds really fancy and that's because it is. All right, we're going to start off with the ice in the cup. Make sure that you're getting a good amount of ice in there because when you pour in the espresso, it's going to melt it. And you don't want a latte that has no ice and kind of a lukewarm taste. So I already got the ice in there, and now I'm going to pour the milk in. Take it to about two-thirds to three-quarters up. Next, we're going to put in two pumps of white mocha. We're going to do our two pumps of white chocolate. White chocolate is great for latte because it's very sweet. So this is going to be a drink for somebody who prefers a lot sweeter of a drink, and next we're going to go to our espresso. Then we're going to stir all that together. And make sure you're going in the correct order again because it's important that you have order of operations for making a drink. So we did the ice, we did the milk, we did the flavor and then we did the shots of espresso. We're not going to top this one with whip cream because it's already sweet enough, and that is how you make an iced white chocolate latte."
