"SIMEON LOWE: Hi, my name is Simeon Lowe on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we are going to learn how to make gourmet coffee in your home. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to make an ice latte. It sounds kinda daunting, but it's really not as hard as you think it would be. It's actually a lot easier than making a regular one. All right, we're going to start off with just plain old ice. It's probably better if it's like ice from a purified water, but we're not going to be picky. Make sure you wash your hands again so as not to give anybody any sort of disease. All right, we got the ice in there. We're going to go and fill up the milk about two-thirds full on top of the ice, and then we're just going to dump our espresso shots right in there. One ounce of espresso and you're going to mix all that goodness together. Make sure that you are stirring the espresso and milk together or else it's going to give you a real nasty taste at the bottom when you get all that espresso when you've been drinking milk the whole time. And if you want to spice it up a little bit, right at the end, you just toss a little whip cream on there. And it looks like you're giving something somebody good, somebody something good. You never know."
