Hazelnut Mocha Latte Recipe

"SIMEON LOWE: Hi, my name is Simeon Lowe on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we are going to learn how to make gourmet coffee in your home. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to make a hazelnut chocolate latte. It's a good drink because you have the hazelnut which--it's got that nutty flavor in the chocolate to ease that out and a little zing to it. But it is good and--yeah. So we're steaming the milk, getting that ready for this latte. Make sure that you're getting that foam on top of the milk and that you're whirling it together. Stretch that. All right. We have our milk all set. We're going to start with the chocolate. One pump of chocolate, two pumps of hazelnut. Even though it looked like three, it was really two. All right, we're going to add our espresso. This drink is a little bit better if you add a little more espresso to it because its got that rich coffee flavor, but it's also a little bit clouded by the nutty flavor of the hazelnut. We're going to have our milk and the foam and a dollop of whip. And that is how you make a mocha hazelnut latte."
