Vanilla Latte Recipe

"SIMEON LOWE: Hi, my name is Simeon Lowe on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we are going to learn how to make gourmet coffee in your home. In this clip, we're going to be making a vanilla latte. A vanilla latte is great for those people who are used to those, I guess, frappuccinos that you're going to get out of a gas station. You know the French vanilla latte, well, that's not really a vanilla latte. Vanilla latte is great because its got a real subtle flavor. It's got that strong coffee taste and yet, its got a hint of sweet to it. It's not all dairy milk. All right. We got our milk steamed now. So we're ready to rock and roll with that. I'm going to start by pumping. Two pumps of vanilla. One, two, up and down, all the way. If you want to make it a little bit stronger, you can always add a little more espresso. So let's do that for this one. Since a vanilla latte is more of a coffee drinker's latte, since it's not so sweet, that's what we're going for. Pour that. And shabam, we've got a vanilla latte."
