Today, we are going to learn how to make gourmet coffee in your home. In this clip, we're going to make a mocha raspberry latte also known as a mocha raspberry latte. I'm steaming the milk right now and getting it ready for the latte itself, getting that foam on top. We're going to pour a shot of espresso. Actually--this way. All right. Here's a tip for you. When you're making a latte, there is an actual order of operations that you should be going about doing this. So I'm not just going to pour the milk and pour the espresso and then try to pump in mocha. I'm going to start off with the mocha, first of all, because that's going to shoot out pretty fast, and you don't want that splashing everywhere. So to make the mocha raspberry latte in the 10-ounce size, which we're doing, we're just going to cut it in half except--since the thin doesn't shoot out as much, we're going to put more in there. This is only 1/4 of an ounce pump. This is a half an ounce. So you're going to make sure that you're doing the math on that. So we're going to do two raspberry, one of mocha. Full pump, down, down. All right. Now comes the espresso. One ounce of espresso, stir this a bit in this together and the milk. Whip cream. And that, my friend, is how you make a mocha raspberry latte. Garnish also. Garnish is great for dinner parties, makes you look like you're important.
