"SIMEON LOWE: Hi, my name is Simeon Lowe on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we are going to learn how to make gourmet coffee in your home. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to whip a drink. It doesn't actually go as easy as it looks. Surprisingly, I'm going to grab this whip right out of the fridge. Whip can shoot out real fast and make a big mess if you're not being careful. All right. So make sure you keep the whip refrigerated or else it's going to come out "blah" basically. It's going to be real gross looking. All right. To start off the whip, we're going to start right here against the wall of the cup. Make sure that you leave enough room from the top of the cup to get the whip in. All right. You're going to slowly rotate the cup, sticking the whip to the side of the cup. Keep going around. All right. Now see how it is. It doesn't fall together. If you're whipping a drink and you don't stick it to the side of the cup and you don't create a firm base, this thing is just going to plop in, and it's not going to look good at all. So especially if you're trying to entertain anybody or impress a girl, you want to make sure that they are clean. It doesn't look like crap. So that is how you whip a drink."
