"SIMEON LOWE: Hi, my name is Simeon Lowe on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we are going to learn how to make gourmet coffee in your home. In this scene, we are going to show you actually how to make the latte. All right. Let's start with a clean mug. You are going to have to measure out by eyeballing the amount of espresso that you're going to use. Typically if you do have a measurer, you can do about an ounce for every 10 ounces of milk, an ounce of espresso for every 10 ounces depending on how strong the espresso. All right. We're going to start pouring the espresso in. After that, we're going to waggle the milk and [INDISCERNIBLE] all of our mess off. And then you want to make sure that you're getting the foam and the milk when you're getting the form. So you're going to do a little bit of this action. You can see the froth and the foam coming out. And there you are. You have a beautiful latte."
