"Hello my name is Patrick McMenamin the owner of Caledonia Bar here in Budapest and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to talk about whiskey and particular Scotch whiskey. There is another very famous and very popular whiskey cocktail in Scotland one that in reality suggest that it gives rid of colds and flu and particularly popular in the winter time when people are beginning to sniffle and cough and all the rest. It's the hot totty and a hot totty is a very simple drink to make small drop of whiskey of course, some sugar you can add sugar to taste but normally 1 teaspoon is enough, also to taste some people like the honey others don't but I think a little of the honey into the whiskey and sugar, if you just top that off with hot water and give it a good stir. Like I say it a very good winter drink but also can be drunk during the summer and particularly good if your feeling a weee bit under the weather you might have a small cold or a flu coming on. A hot totty whiskey honey sugar add a bit of honey if you want you'll soon feel 100%, lovely want a drop."
