"Now, I am going to show you how to make a Dirty martini. First up, I take the top off the shaker can. Now, I am going to use my ice scoop or you can just use a cup to gather the ice in it. It doesn't matter, or your hands. But be careful as my bartending instructor told me that if you use your hands too much it could help to cause, not help to cause, it could cause arthritis potentially. okay, so, a scoop of ice, or maybe just a little more. That's good. And now, I am going to pour in half and ounce of olive juice. Now, the way we bartenders count, one ounce is equal to four counts; so, half and ounce would be equal to two counts. I will demonstrate. One one thousand, two-one thousand, done. Well, let's just put a little more olive juice in there for the heck of it. Remember, the deeper the color of the olive juice in the dirty martini, the better. Next up, we are going to pour the vodka. Remember, that chilled vodka is better than unchillled vodka. Everyone knows that, right? Okay, now we are going to pour in two and a half ounces of the vodka. Do you want to do the counts? I will do a little bit of the counts for you, okay. One one thousand, two-one thousand, three-one thousand, four-one thousand... done. Next, I will take my bar spoon and I will stir this twenty-four times. You know, I like to be exact. Remember, always stirred, not shaken. The martinis that are shaken are like the lemon drop martini, the sour martini, but not this martini. Here we go, one...I did two extra spins. What can I say? I like to be exact. Now, i will put the top back on. Oops. Be sure to remove the lid. I will take my martini glass and I will pour this into the martini glass. Wow, there you go. And finally, I will take my toothpick. Be careful and don't poke your eye out with it and I am going to attach three olives. One, two, nope, there you go, three. Just stick it in here. There you go. A Dirty Martini. Now, if I were you, if you ordered this at a club, bar, nightclub, restaurant, then you will look pretty trendy, pretty hip, guaranteed. Cheers."
