"How did you get started making Kombucha? Well, a friend of mine in San Francisco his girlfriend was making it and she showed it to me and I was like that's really weird so I saw all these jars and boxes and didn't really know what it was. So I saw it on whole foods and I starting buying it and drinking it and thought it was really delicious, so then I decided to make it myself. Cause it was less expensive that way and I've been brewing for over a year now and I've been teaching the camp for about a year now, it's about every 3 weeks or so, there is a calender on the website that let's you know when the next camp will be taking place. So if your in the Los Angeles area and interested in learning it and getting a culture from me personally that is definitely available option. Do you recommend like a book or another source that you want more information? If you googled Kombucha there is a tone of information on the internet. So you can goggle or there are some other links on my website, there is a yahoo group that is very informative and I subscribe to it but I don't get the emails everyday cause there's a lot of them, but you can go and search the post and there's whole host of information in there in terms of dealing with specific elements, there are people who make concentrated drops who have all kinds of Kombucha information. And there's a couple of other links on that website as well for other Kombucha websites. Well thank you so much for joining us for Kombucha camp I'm Hannah Crum LA's Kombucha momma and if you have any questions or anything feel free to get in touch, look forward to meeting you."
