"Hello! My name is Melissa with Expert Village today and I am going to teach you how to make the perfect cup of hot chocolate. So in our next clip let's talk now about actually picking your chocolate and we will go for the steps that is all to your taste. But first you have to decide one, do you want milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate. It's whatever kind of chocolate you want. If you have any sort of unsweetened chocolate, it's a great time to use it. I feel of course if you just want to sweeten it a little bit because due to taste. But in this case we picked milk chocolate. I prefer to use milk chocolate and we are using chocolate chips. If you go to your local grocery store or country bulk, you would also be able to buy Baker's Chocolate that comes usually in bars. Little chunks that you can get. What I am recommending in our next clip, is that we are going to chop up our chocolate but you have to remember that we are making the best cup of hot chocolate. Not hot cocoa. Hot chocolate; there is a difference. Hot cocoa is that powdery mixture. We are going to make it right from scratch and that's why you need to get the Baker's Chocolate or your favorite. So again, pick your milk, dark or white chocolate. Whatever you want, it is up to you and then let's move in towards the next clip. "
