"Another thing you'll want to evaluate once you've steeped your tea is its aroma. Now we paid attention to the aromas, the smells we were taking in when we did our partial infusion, or our weak infusion. But now, we've allowed our tea too steep for the appropriate amount of time, and it's going to have a more full smell. The smell is going to be much more representative of the subtleties of the tea, and so...while it's fresh in the cup and there's still plenty of steam coming off of it from the water, that's the best time smell the tea and evaluate its aroma. And the aroma of this liqueur, there's no technique necessarily for smelling it, just make sure you get in close so that you're not getting other smells in the room, but you're getting the smell of that tea.
