"A lot of the times when you're cupping tea, you're not just sitting down and tasting one tea. I mean, if you are at home preparing tea, and you're trying a new tea for the first time, you might want to take it through the cupping process, just to evaluate it in the context of your experience with tea. But sometimes professional tea cupping parties or events will involve many, many, many different kinds of teas evaluated side by side.
