"Okay, now I'm going to talk about specifics steeping instructions for white tea. Okay. So, over here I have some white tea and as you can see it's a very delicate tea. It has, it's very light and it's not very dense. So, what we're going to do to bring out the subtle, soft, velvety taste of white tea is we're going to steep it for a short amount of time. Usually just one to three minutes at around 175-185 degrees on your water. So I have my little tea pot here. I'm going to put a heaping teaspoon of my white tea in the tea pot because, again, it's not very dense so we use a little more than what you would normally use with a more dense tea. And then, with my white tea, I really like to steep it right at about a minute, minute and a half. So I'm going to set my timer for a minute. I'm going to add my water, and this water has been boiled and then allowed to sit to attain the appropriate temperature again. And you can use a thermometer or a hot water dispenser. And so after I've added my water, I hit start on my kitchen timer and close the lid to keep the heat in there. And we're just going to wait, and when that goes off we should have a wonderful cup of white tea."
