"Hi, I'm Nelson Drago with Chado Tea Room in Los Angeles on behalf of Expert Village. Now we are going to show you how to make hot tea. You can pick a nice breakfast blend which is a Chado Breakfast. This is a combination of 3 different black teas: Assam, Ceylon and Darjeeling. Excellent with milk especially in the morning time. Again, step 1 you take a teapot. Step 2 you put the tea strainer in or the infuser, 1, 2, and 1/2. You always go by 1 tsp or 8 oz cup. Steeping time would be again 3 minutes. You fill it up for a pot and I set a timer up to 1, 2, 3, that's for your hot tea. If you over steep this it might go bitter, so it's better to have a timer. This here is our hot tea which is almost ready. You take this out, close the top of the lid and then just to prevent your lid and drip, use the drip catcher which we use over here. That's your hot tea. Let me show you how it pours. That's why the drip catcher is on so that you don't prevent the drip and you prevent your lid. You can have this tea with milk or without milk."
