"Hi, I'm Nelson Drago with Chado Tea Room in Los Angeles on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we will be talking about Oolong from China which is called Pu-erh. Yes that's right it's called Pu-erh and it's knowing for its medicine properties in China. This is how it looks; it's mostly used for indigestion and diarrhea, it brews a very mellow yellow cup with a very earthy flavor. Mainly Pu-erhs are also called the compressed teas. It also comes in tea cakes and breads in a bird nest form, this is the birds nest form and it's compressed. The older the Pu-erh the better and the healthier. This is the birds nest form and this a tea brick also which is made out of Pu-erhs. A lot of people also use it to worm on it or if you want to drink it you just break it and again steep it for 3 minutes in about 190 degrees of water. "
